I've stayed here for three months, and the team has been great every day. Mishal and Thasleem on the night reception shift deserve a special mention. They're hardworking, professional, and skilled at taking care of guests late at night. They respond quickly, pay attention to requests, and stay warm and welcoming. Their communication and service made my stay comfortable and stress-free. I really appreciate them and would strongly recommend them.

I had a great stay, and Mr. Tasleem Shah was a big part of why. He was genuinely kind and helpful, checked that I was comfortable, and helped me get a really good room. His service was 10/10, and people like him are rare. He deserves recognition, and honestly, a raise! I'll definitely return with my family, mainly because of him.

City Palace Hotel gave me a very pleasant stay, with excellent service and good standards of cleanliness. Mr Mizan from housekeeping stood out in particular. He was polite and attentive, and kept the room clean and comfortable.

I've gotten to know Thasleem, chandan, hashim and rahul well, and they're very close to me. Most of the staff are friendly and provide good service. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the hotel works for both short and long stays.

Getting here from the main road is easy, and the metro and bus stops are a short walk away. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet, with good service and a reception desk that's always available. For this price range, it's one of the best value options in Bur Dubai.
