The neighborhood has plenty around it, including supermarkets, several places to eat, and two large hospitals nearby. It’s a great location, away from the busier part of Al Barsha, and has what you need for a stay in Dubai. Some flats could use maintenance, though, as they feel a little dated.

Barsha 1 is a great location, and this feels like an ideal place for a family.

There aren’t any insects in the flat I’m staying in, not even ants, flies, or cockroaches. It’s a relief to be able to leave food uncovered or the sugar open without worrying about bugs. 👍

I chose to stay at telal 11 because I think it’s the best. I’m a fitness coach with 22 years of experience, and I mostly train people who live in the building. I have affordable sessions for telal 11&14 residents: one-on-one, partner, and group training. You can contact me on Instagram at coach_adam_cruise.
