Several residents have raised similar concerns, so management should deal with this ongoing problem. Security at Marina Diamond 3 makes living here stressful instead of comfortable and supported. The guards are extremely rigid, making basic requests and guest access unnecessarily difficult instead of helping. The night shift is especially bad. One guard repeatedly has a poor attitude, lacks professionalism, and seems to make things difficult on purpose. There's no sense of customer service.

Today I had a check-in, but the owner hadn't given me an access card. The guards know me well, yet wouldn't let me into the parking. I somehow got in and took the stairs up. Then they blamed me for forcing the door open, even though the guard had been there in the parking. They complained to my company afterward. How stupid. Shame on Diamond 3 security. Their behavior toward holiday home management companies is terrible. I guess they're doing it for money. We manage properties in the same building, and the guard acts like he owns it. Security should guide guests and cooperate with holiday home management companies.

The location is the only good thing. There's mold and water leaking everywhere, the building smells, and the gym isn't up to standard.

I've lived in MD3 for the past 5 years, and in Dubai for 17. The location is superb, and the building was recently refurbished. The security team is cooperative, supportive, alert, and looks after residents and guests. The pool attendant and lifeguard is a gem and a nice person. Maintenance staff are always on their toes, and housekeeping and cleaning keep the building in order. They regularly clean the water tanks, corridors, pool area, parking, and glass, and take care of gas maintenance and firefighting throughout the year without disrupting gas, water, or electricity.
