The marina is nice, but customer service was a letdown. With all respect, Angela acted unprofessionally and took a long time to reply. I question whether she should be in that role.

It’s a stunning neighborhood, but the staff could be more considerate of residents. The lifeguards are often on their phones with no headphones, so their calls and music disturb you when you’re trying to relax by the pool. They should be stationed farther from the pools, away from residents’ sunbeds.
