I went to the South Residence entrance lobby to pick up my client, and while I was waiting, a security guard suddenly told me I couldn't be there. When I asked why, he said the floor would be damaged. I moved a little farther forward, got out of the car, and checked whether I'd damaged anything. The guard insisted the white floor tile would be damaged if I drove over it, even though it was clearly made for the lobby floor. My client got out too and told him there was nothing wrong with the floor. The guard didn't apologize and instead asked for the room number. I ask management to look into this. Security at Humongous Residence acted like warehouse security, with zero customer service.

The quiet setting on Palm Jumeirah’s east crescent makes it easy to feel away from the city, while Dubai’s attractions are still close by. Ellington Beach House has a calm, almost holiday-like feel, with landscaped gardens, a clubhouse, spa facilities, children’s play areas, an infinity pool, fitness center, and private beach access. The residences have generous layouts and quality finishes. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in lots of daylight and frame views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline. The architecture feels modern but elegant, and the whole place is designed around comfort and luxury.

The staff made the stay feel easy, with personal, attentive service. It’s also close to local attractions, yet the setting stays quiet and intimate. There’s plenty to enjoy at Ellington Beach House, from the private beach and infinity pool to spa treatments and restaurants serving fresh food with a range of international flavors. The spacious rooms have contemporary decor and views of either the Arabian Gulf or Palm Jumeirah. A lovely, comfortable beachfront escape for a couple or family in Dubai.
