PVH - Opalz By Danube - Studio with Pool

Since Opalz by Danube was handed over, I’ve lived here, and maintenance has been excellent in the first year. Awais, one of the engineers, has personally handled all my requests. He replies quickly and gets things sorted without hassle, whatever the problem is. Having someone that dependable and helpful on the building team makes a real difference as a tenant.

Dust and dirt often get left in our apartment corridors, but Arman team keeps the common areas clean and in good shape. I really appreciate how hard they work. The older gentleman on the team especially stands out for his commitment. Great job.

I’ve had to deal with daily apartment problems in a building that’s supposed to be brand new: roof leaks soaked my electronics, TV and furniture while I was away on vacation, and some wall outlets don’t work. Then there’s the piercing fire alarm, which goes off in runs of at least 5-6 alarms every few hours, at 2 am, 3 am, 4 am, 10 am, 2pm, 6pm and other inconvenient times. Management tells us to dismiss them as false, but if one is real, how are we supposed to tell? We might ignore an actual emergency because all the alarms sound the same. My parking gate access card stopped working even though I’ve had it since September. Whenever I ask the front desk for help, I get passed between day shift and night shift. They say they’ll fix it or tell me to come back tomorrow, but it never gets resolved. Each time I need parking access, I call reception and have to answer the same questions about my name, card, unit and parking number, then I’m told to contact night shift for the key. After another long argument at the desk today, they returned the card and promised it worked. I’d already tested it, and it still doesn’t work properly. This is exhausting and ridiculous. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here under any circumstances. Beware.

Danube Properties’ new development was still being built last year, and it’s now ready to move into. The interior and exterior designs are top notch. The surrounding area is still developing, though there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
