Residence & Spa at One&Only Royal Mirage

The hospitality from the whole team made this vacation one to remember, and we're already looking forward to returning to One&Only Royal Mirage. Many thanks to Resort Manager Mohamed Shawky and Manuel Ash for their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction. At the Samovar Bar, Princess and Manish made every visit a pleasure with their warmth and exceptional service. They always made us feel welcome and cared for.

My sister came away from her visit to the spa at One and Only Mirage feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, physically and mentally. She tried several treatments, and the staff explained each step and tailored the service to her needs. They paid close attention to her comfort and helped her feel relaxed throughout. From the moment she arrived, the friendly, professional team made her feel welcome and pampered. The spa is beautifully designed, with a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere that puts you at ease. She couldn't stop talking about how relaxing and indulgent it was. One and Only Mirage Spa sounds like a lovely place to unwind and be looked after, whether as a treat for yourself or a gift for someone special.

We're members of Emirates Platinium and love going to this hotel. There are three resort zones, each with its own pool layout to suit different moods. The massive temperature-controlled lagoon-style pools, framed by palm trees and grand Arabian arches, are great for families and casual swimming. The private beach is a very long stretch of pristine, powdery white sand that never feels overcrowded. From there, the calm Gulf waters look out toward Palm Jumeirah and the Dubai Marina skyline, making for stunning panoramas. Beach attendants set up loungers proactively, bring ice boxes with complimentary bottled water, and offer refreshing face mists.

The facilities are beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably maintained, and the team made me feel at ease as soon as I arrived. My treatment was excellent, and the therapist was attentive and highly professional. A lovely place to disconnect and recharge. I had a wonderful spa experience and will definitely be back. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.
