The location made it easy to get around Dubai, with shops, restaurants, and major attractions nearby. The dining options had a good range of food and the service there was excellent. Staff across the hotel were courteous and professional, and check-in and checkout were quick and easy. My room was spacious, clean, and well kept, with a comfortable bed and the essentials for a relaxing stay. The hotel feels elegant and comfortable, and the atmosphere was welcoming without being too much. I found it good value and would consider returning. It seems a good fit for both business and leisure trips.

Mr. Sangam made a real difference to my experience while looking after the swimming pool and steam room. He was consistently courteous, attentive, and professional, and kept the area clean, safe, and welcoming. He was easy to approach and ready to help with requests, so guests felt comfortable and cared for. His positive attitude and commitment to doing a great job are a credit to the hotel.

The room was spotless and well looked after, thanks to the humble, kind staff member who cleaned it. Sahil also deserves special thanks. He checked in on us during our stay to see that everything was going well and we had what we needed, and he handled requests responsibly and politely. He made check-in smooth and helped us feel comfortable from the start. His calm, professional manner stood out throughout our visit and really lifted the experience. We’re grateful for his care and service.

The Indian food was excellent, with authentic flavor and great quality. Anyone who loves Indian cuisine should try it. Our hotel stay was comfortable too: the rooms were spacious and clean, staff were polite, helpful, and available, and the whole place was pleasant and well maintained. The location was convenient, and the service was better than expected. A relaxing stay, highly recommended.
