I strongly advise anyone considering Luxe Signature Holiday Homes to be very cautious and keep everything documented. They returned only part of my security deposit, deducting around 60% without warning or proper justification. They claimed 850 AED for damages and 350 AED for cleaning and maintenance, even though I handed over the apartment in good condition and no problems were raised at checkout. The deposit also wasn’t returned within the standard 20 working days. For over a week I got repeated promises of “today/tomorrow,” then customer service, accounts, and management stopped responding completely. I’m now reviewing my options for taking this through the appropriate legal and regulatory channels in Dubai. This was an extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience, and raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness.

The building itself is very good, but Luxe Signature, the company managing it, has been incredibly frustrating. I still live here, but I moved from my old apartment to another floor in the same building three months ago and asked for my deposit back. They said it would be returned after 20 days under their policy. After that, they kept saying it needed to be calculated, then repeating the same thing. I called them 10 times and sent 50 messages in a day, and they still didn’t listen. After three months, I was fed up and said I’d take legal action. Then they told me my deposit was used up because I had to pay for chiller and a towel I used for five or six months. The contract says nothing about me paying for chiller or the towel. Such a bad company. Please avoid Luxe Signature, they can ruin your mental peace if you rent from them.

The outside windows are covered in dirt and bird droppings, to the point where I can’t see out properly. Tenants can’t clean them themselves, and it’s disgraceful that management has left them this way. The lifts are in terrible shape too, with peeling vinyl and a bad smell whenever you step inside. For a property of this standard, basic cleanliness and maintenance should be a priority, and management seems to be avoiding responsibility.

Luxe Signature is the worst agency in Dubai. They keep your money and don’t return the deposit.
