Avoid Room 3004, if you can. I had a very disappointing experience. Getting an explanation for security deposit deductions was difficult, and even after I followed up several times, the owner gave little cooperation or transparency about the withheld amounts. Information about rent increases was also delayed or not clearly shared in advance. That was enough to make this a one-star experience for me. Future tenants should get everything documented clearly beforehand.

The elevator is unreliable, and building management often cuts water and electricity without giving proper notice. That leaves residents unable to bathe, use the bathroom, or wash dishes. I only stayed 10 days that month, but security still insists I pay for the full month, which feels unfair and unprofessional. The management and facilities have been deeply disappointing, and I’d tell others to think twice before staying here.

I booked an Airbnb in this tower and had a great stay. It’s easy to get around by cab, and the tram and metro are very close. There are restaurants and all sorts of grocery shops nearby, plus the main attractions are close too.

For six months I haven't been able to sleep properly because there are renovations in the building every day. I thought I had rented a place that was ready to live in. There are lots of shared houses and partitions, and the elevator is always out of order, so getting home can mean waiting 30 minutes. The building is dirty, with bags everywhere and bugs, including 🪲🦠🕷🪳🪰.
