What made the hotel for me was the staff. Sakib was looking after our room, and his service made it feel luxurious. He’s such a sweet, cheerful boy. My husband and I liked him a lot, and hope to see him again next time. Thank you, sky lark.

We were upgraded when we arrived, which was very kind of the hotel management. The apartment service staff were caring and polite. It isn’t luxurious or perfect, but it has what you need to feel comfortable and safe. Getting around Dubai was easy too, with the metro just a two-minute walk away.

I spent almost three months here and really enjoyed how comfortable it was and how welcoming the staff were. Their professional attitude and support made the stay a pleasure. One of the best hotel apartments in Dubai, and I’d recommend it to anyone staying in Al Barsha.

I couldn’t sleep during my two-night booking because of the ongoing noise from nearby construction. It made the stay extremely disappointing. Be careful booking here, since construction in the area could disrupt your stay and cost you your money and peace of mind.

The service felt genuinely fabulous, and the rates are very competitive compared with other hotels. Staff were friendly, and the metro is right across the street. There’s a nice gym, markets about a five-minute walk away, and Mall of Emirates is only one station away. The café downstairs is good and affordable too.
