Standpoint gives you refined Downtown living, with direct boulevard access, Burj Khalifa close by, and a lively city feel. It works well for holiday homes and for longer stays too. Cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets are all just steps away, making it easy to get around on foot. Premium city living at its best.

I keep coming back, and each stay is delightful. For me, this is the best building in downtown Dubai, with a true five-star feel and quality.

I’ve lived here for the past three years. It may not be the newest building in Downtown, but the services are extremely good. The building is always clean, the staff are great, and it’s a great place to live.

I hadn’t expected downtown Dubai residences to be this nice. The apartments are spacious, the views are amazing, and the services are great. Together, they add real value to this gem of a property in downtown Dubai.
