The building itself is old and smells bad, and the parking process wastes time every single time. Plate recognition is meant to open the barrier automatically, but almost never works. I have to call someone, explain who I am, answer questions, and wait several minutes just to get in. Reception staff are often rude, unhelpful, and seem not to know what’s going on. Policies change depending on who you ask. They once refused to let my private cleaner upstairs because she was wearing normal clothes rather than a uniform. After I complained and raised it again two weeks later, they said the uniform wasn’t the issue, she needed ID, which she already had. Nobody gives consistent information. Access cards keep failing or getting demagnetized, and the door readers barely work. When there’s a problem, security and reception are slow, rude, and dismissive. It feels like they don’t want to work. Nothing works properly here. I’d think twice before renting. Worst building I’ve ever lived in.
