Good, maintained facilities, and the building is in a great spot in JVC, just a minute from Al Khail Road.

The thin walls mean you can hear everything the neighbors do. There are ants living in the walls and floors, and now there’s a cockroach infestation too. The tenants leave garbage instead of using the chute properly, and management isn’t doing anything about it. The finishing is awful, with cabinets falling apart, cracks all over the walls, and the AC cooler leaking from the ceiling. The location is convenient for getting in and out of JVC, but that’s about it. I didn’t mind living here when a 1 BHK cost 36k, but at the current 54k market price I wouldn’t recommend it. Things were already bad under National Bonds corporation, and have gotten worse since they sold all the units.

The apartment and area are lovely, but building maintenance has been pathetic. My first month here was the worst experience I’ve had with maintenance. After escalating the issue, we found the right person, who understood customer service and took it upon himself to fix things, so I raised my rating to three stars because the building is nice. I left the place in March, and as of September 2022 my deposit still hadn’t been refunded. They treat their own money as urgent, but tenants’ money doesn’t matter.

I’ve lived here for a year now. The building is kept very clean and tidy, management is super friendly, and the location is ideal, close to the entrance and exit of JVC.
