There’s plenty of guest parking here, and two grocery shops are within a 5 min walk. Families should also like the building and the surrounding area, while the pool has enough space and a nice kids section. The apartments are thoughtfully laid out overall, unlike many Dubai buildings that feel like high school projects. Finishing quality gets some complaints, though it seems about average for the city, or occasionally better. Some layouts come with amazing balconies. The gym is well equipped and looks toward the “sea” and butj al arab. Staff performance is uneven. Most people are friendly and helpful, but not everyone is. The missing “official” pedestrian crossing on the nearby service road is inconvenient, since you have to depend on passing drivers’ courtesy and skill. The route to the park is safer because it goes under the bridge instead of across the main road. Traffic noise, particularly on weekend nights, can be too much. That seems common to roadside buildings in this area, although noise radars could improve things someday.

Living here feels a bit like having a resort on the beach. The beach side and Etihad Park provide safe places to walk, and the park has a 2.6km jogging track. Security and maintenance are good, and several small supermarkets are close enough to walk to. Taxis pass the front door regularly, so I never needed to book one ahead. If you’re considering renting, make sure the beach club membership is included in the tenancy agreement.

With a place like this, a vacation hardly feels necessary.
