Stella Stays Al Barari

Construction went on constantly inside and outside, and the work was unprofessional and took ages. I was told during the viewing that it had been completed, but that wasn't true. The Stella Stays team did nothing to address it. Concrete fell through the window onto my head, and tiles were coming down from above. I paid a lot for two nightmare months living in a construction site, with no peace in a building unfit for residents or renting. I would complain to the authorities about this blatant situation.

The pool couldn't be used because of the noise, and a huge construction crane right outside our C1 entrance made noise nonstop. Nobody told us about the work before we booked. When we raised the problem, they offered cleaning, which we didn't need, and a discount on a future stay, as if we'd return, instead of the fair partial refund we asked for. It felt deceptive and unacceptable from a company that says it cares about guest satisfaction. The drilling, banging, and crane work went on from morning to evening, ruining the relaxing vacation we paid for. If we'd known how constant and unbearable it was, we wouldn't have booked Stella Stays. For anyone wanting peace, relaxation, or basic honesty from their accommodation, stay away.

We booked the apartment that morning for a two-day stay, but on arrival found out our reservation had been canceled at the last minute. I wouldn't recommend this place, since it could waste your time and money.

Stella Stays in Al Barari exceeded my expectations. My spacious studio was immaculate and had plenty of room to relax and work. The location is fantastic, quiet and beautiful, with greenery and serenity all around, enough to make you feel you've stepped out of Dubai. Highly recommended for a top-notch stay.
