Stella Stays Chic 2 BDR Dubai JVC Large Terrace

I'd be cautious about booking. Before I proceeded, I was clearly told the rent included all bills, and when I asked about extra charges, the answer was, “this is it.” I relied on that confirmation. Later, during my stay, I was told I'd gone over an internal utilities threshold that hadn't been explained clearly in advance. I had no way to track usage or get warnings beforehand. Once they told me, I immediately cut consumption and acted in good faith, yet part of my security deposit was withheld. That doesn't seem consistent with the original agreement. There were also repeated maintenance visits for drainage problems, and the washing machine had to be replaced. The team did respond, but the frequency of these issues was inconvenient and affected the stay. The apartment itself was fine, but the unclear charges and recurring maintenance problems made the experience more stressful than expected. I'd strongly suggest getting every term clarified in writing before booking.

The only staff member who left me with a good impression was Austin, who was gentle and generous. The rest of the stay felt like customer comfort didn't matter because everything came with a charge. I paid the same price for six nights, but the room was cleaned only on the first night, and when I asked for daily cleaning, I was told it wasn't free. I also asked for an extra blanket for my kids and was quoted AED 160. At that price I could buy a new one. I certainly won't stay here again.

The two-bedroom apartment had loads of space, three bathrooms and two balconies that got sunshine all day. The staff at the door, Salman and Krishna, were amazing and so friendly. I had a fantastic stay at Stella Stays Alana Tower and would recommend this serviced apartment. Thank you.

For an affordable, practical weekend, this place worked well. The room was clean and tidy, with basic furniture and nothing fancy; the bathroom fixtures worked and the towels were clean. Wi-Fi was reliable, and staff were polite. Breakfast had a few choices but got repetitive. Check-out was quick.
