There are plenty of brokers trying to sell units in this building, and many owners are also looking to sell. At first, 400 K DHS for a 430 sqf studio seemed like good value, but I don't think it's worth that anymore. The reviews made me think twice, since they point to maintenance and facility problems going on for years, even though the annual service charge is 6 k DHS. I decided not to close the deal. I might consider buying if it were 320 K DHS, but at 400 K + DHS for a studio, I'd expect full facilities and good maintenance. I hope this helps potential real estate investors. Brokers, please be honest when selling and show the negatives too. Thank you.

Great spot in JVC, with lots of gardens around the building, which is unusual to find in Dubai. The pool is set to be restored.

The Jumeirah Village Circle location has schools, medical services, shops, supermarkets, gyms, and other facilities nearby, with access to RTA buses and taxis. Families seem to enjoy living in JVC. I visited the building to look at apartments for sale and saw a two-bedroom place for around AED 500,000, about 880 sq.ft. It isn't especially large, but the rectangular layout uses the space well and seems suited to family living. There's a ground-floor swimming pool and a small gym too. I attached a few photos from my visit.

The location is great, and the facilities are running well. The new building management is doing a very good job.

The pool has no water, and the gym is there in name only. On top of that, the faulty fire alarm keeps going off for no reason. Management seems to have no explanation and hasn't fixed it, even though it's been happening for ages. I'd strongly suggest avoiding this building if you can. One star at most. I don't know what the people giving it five stars have been smoking.
