Stylish Studio in Iconic J ONE

Avoid this place. We booked through booking.com and paid upfront, but the property refused a refund. The owner or managing director denies the allegations and avoids direct contact, sending employees to deal with major health concerns. Their attempts to fix things with cheap alternatives only cover smaller issues and make the situation worse. They even pretend to charge for upmarket accommodation while providing plastic bedsheets, a mouldy bathroom, and a dirty kitchenette with useless facilities. The bathroom was covered in black mould and smelled unbearable, a serious health hazard. The mattress, cushions, and bathroom were dirty too. Our 100% polyester sheets were drenched in bleach, even though the sheets themselves say not to use bleach. The gas, washing machine, and coffee machine weren’t working, and the list goes on. The management and service were appalling. I found the place a big scam and tourist trap. I expect Dubai authorities will soon close this hazardous place down. Don’t waste your time or money here, go somewhere else. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

We booked this place at short notice for a week in Dubai, and it worked perfectly as a base for exploring the city and getting to the beaches. The apartments were spacious, and the breakfast options were great. Our 3-year-old loved it too. 👌🏻

Everything felt great here, from the cleanliness and ambience to the services. J ONE downtown is in a great spot, just a 10-minute walk from Dubai mall. The staff are cooperative and quick to respond, and Moustafa was especially friendly with guests. Highly recommend staying here. 😇♥️👍

J One’s design brings together luxury, innovation, and cultural inspiration, and makes it a Dubai landmark. In BBay, the twin curved towers form a distinctive “U” inspired by black pearls, shells, and sea waves. Modern lines and transparency sit alongside heritage motifs, giving the building a balanced look that stands out on the skyline. The canal-side setting has striking waterfront views, and the sphere sky restaurant on the 17th floor looks out toward both the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Water Canal. At the entrance, signature sculptures fill the open plaza, while the grand nautical-themed lobbies add to the building’s character. 💯♥️📸
