We confirmed three rooms by phone and told them when we'd arrive. I even called 15 minutes before getting there, but was then told the hotel was sold out and had no rooms. While booking, I'd asked if they needed anything else from me, and they confirmed everything was sorted. The staff offered no help, just told us to figure it out ourselves. It was unprofessional and left our plans in ruins. After reading the other comments, this seems like normal behavior, so it's quite possible you'd have the same experience if you booked. I hope someone in management sees this. I don't recommend this hotel if you have plans depending on your reservation.

AARTI at reception was so warm and helpful, and her service made the stay even nicer. Sunday Hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and professional. I spent two nights here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We arrived at night with three rooms reserved and confirmed, only to find the hotel was full and none had actually been booked. The front desk person was disrespectful, basically telling us to deal with it, and didn't offer any help or another option. We were left stranded. I wouldn't recommend this hotel or its service.

We had to wait for someone to leave before we could get a room, and there were several other people waiting too. After two hours of arguing, we finally got a room, but it was in very poor, unclean condition. They also charged 50 AED for parking, something they hadn't mentioned until we'd parked downstairs. A very bad place to book, not a hotel.
