City Stay Residences - Serviced Apartments Al Barsha

This concerns my dealings with the company at the Dubai South building. They took over the building and my tenancy was transferred to them. When I moved out and returned the studio, they charged me for maintenance and repairs for problems I had not caused. I provided documents showing I had received the property in that same condition at the start of my tenancy, but they deducted the amounts anyway.

Ms. Mikee made my visit pleasant from the moment I arrived. She was welcoming and efficient, answered my questions clearly, and went out of her way to help with everything I needed. Her positive attitude and professionalism reflect well on the organization. I want to commend her excellent customer service. Thank you, Ms. Mikee.

The kitchen was dirty and smelled bad, the dishes were unclean, and there were flies everywhere. I asked staff repeatedly to do something, but they did nothing. Even the windows were filthy. This was not what I expected, and I would not recommend it.

The location was convenient, but the accommodation quality fell short. The rooms were outdated and need renovation, and the bathrooms were especially disappointing for both cleanliness and maintenance. Staff seemed indifferent and did not give the level of service I expected, which made the stay less enjoyable. I cannot recommend City Stay Residence. There are better options for a more comfortable and welcoming stay.
