The balcony view is just awesome, hard to put into words. The location is one of Dubai's best, with the beach and shops 8 minutes away and the promenade right down the elevator.

It's a good building with a positive attitude, and the units are well maintained with a cool view. The apartments can be hard to sell. Message us for more details.

The apartment had everything inside, which made our stay much easier and more comfortable. It was clean and fully fitted, with a really good view. The location is super.
