The Holidays Shop-Elite Tower

I've lived in this building for a couple of years and have generally enjoyed it. The amenities are fantastic and well maintained, and most of the staff help create a welcoming atmosphere. Lately, though, the reception team's attitude has been disappointing. They can sound rude and unprofessional, as if residents live here for free or basic help is some personal favor. Residents' rent pays for the building and staff salaries, so I'd like to see the reception team trained in basic hospitality. The front desk is the first contact people have with the building, and its current service doesn't match the property's otherwise high standard.

Going up in Elite Residence takes delivery riders far too long. Even though there are several lifts, security at the gate forces riders to use just one. Getting back down is easy, but every trip up becomes a struggle and creates needless delays. The gate staff are arrogant and show riders no respect. This kind of unfair, discriminatory treatment is really frustrating. Elite Residence is one of the worst buildings for delivery riders.

The view was the only good thing about the place, and the reason I can give it one star. I'm glad I moved out. Maintenance in this tower was awful, usually unavailable and always late. It was very noisy at night because the windows weren't insulated well, and some security staff need training in how to treat people politely. Management also couldn't send things on time. I waited over a month for the final AC bill, and they wouldn't issue my move-out permit until I'd paid it. Nobody responded to emails or calls.

I lived here for a year. The location is convenient, with a supermarket, pharmacy, and cafes within walking distance. There are places to walk, the hallways are clean, and security guards do a good job checking people. But we moved because the construction across the street and roadworks in the new direction were so loud. They started this year and are expected to continue for at least a couple more years. The old, very dark gym, recreation area, and pool face the roadway, where it's constantly noisy and the air is dirty. Nearby buildings mean the sun doesn't reach the area until the afternoon. Our parking was on the fourth floor, not very high up, and the corridor was extremely narrow. It was a real daily quest for me. I'm all about comfort and convenience. Cockroaches kept coming from the neighbors, and nothing we tried seemed to help. The apartment facade is old and everything leaks. The kitchen was old too, with things constantly breaking and needing major repairs.
