The location is handy, right by Al Ghurair Centre and close enough to walk to the metro, so getting around is easy. The room itself is pretty standard for this price, fine for a night but nothing special. The bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom was clean and usable, though there’s no bathtub and the shower pressure was weak. The bright, cool-toned lights also made the room feel a bit off.

The room was dirty, the toilet wasn’t clean, and there was no soap in the bathroom. They didn’t provide drinking water either, and when I asked, I was told it would cost extra. No slippers, and staff just said they don’t provide them. Their attitude felt careless and unapologetic, as if this level of service were normal. This hotel doesn’t meet even basic cleanliness or service standards. Completely unacceptable at any price, a waste of money. Avoid it.

When I got to my room, the door lock seemed so bad that anyone could open it without the chai lock. A few minutes later, security tried to open the door. I shouted and he went away, thank goodness I had the chai lock on. There was someone’s tshirt in the washroom, and it wasn’t clean. I wouldn’t suggest staying at this hotel, not even in your dreams.

The location made it easy to get around, with Union Station nearby and other train stations close too. Union is an interchange for the red and green metro lines, and Al Ghurair Mall is close for shopping and food. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and professional from the moment I arrived, and quick to help with questions or requests. I felt well looked after at The K Hotel and had a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely come back.

Really bad service. No shower gel or dental kit, and the receptionist lady was rude and had a very bad attitude with guests.
