The pool deck is a real highlight, with a heated whirlpool, a kids pool, and plenty of room to relax. There’s also a great barbecue area for getting together, and the apartments have stunning full marina views, a peaceful backdrop day and night. The tower is next to JBR, with the beach a 5-minute walk away and a tram station right in front. Recent renovations in 2024/25 have made this a great residential building in one of Dubai’s most sought-after neighborhoods. The updated gym and shower facilities, along with the refreshed pool and BBQ areas, feel thoughtful and well maintained. The attention to the renovations shows a commitment to quality and residents’ comfort. 5 out of 5!

The new sauna and steam room are spotless, and the renovated pool and BBQ areas look great with their high quality tiles and LED lighting at night. This boutique tower is right by Marina Walk and only a minute from the beach. Top place.

The balcony view across the Marina is the highlight for me. The building is modern and beautiful, with modern pools, a barbecue area, and an indoor sauna. Security staff are really friendly too. You’re close to the beach, beach clubs, subway, shops, and Marina Walk. Great building, people, and location.

The apartment we booked through Airbnb, apt 601, was unfortunately a scam and nothing like the listing. We were meant to check in at 3 p.m., but didn’t get the apartment until 5 p.m. It seemed they had been living there. There was mold everywhere, and the floors were dirty and old. The pool was only so-so and the gym was poorly equipped. Reception staff spoke little English and could be rude at times. Never again.
