The location is perfect, with great layouts and facilities, and the metro and tram are close. The building feels much safer after the renovations. Security is well trained, visitors aren't allowed in without their visit being recorded, lifts need an access card, and cameras monitor your safety. The fire alarms are sensitive, which might concern some people, but I think that's right for safety. With over 3000 residents or approximately that many people living here, alarms definitely need to be tested, whether planned or unplanned. I don't understand the concern some people have about that.

The floor plans are great, and management is very good. It's an excellent location, with the marina walk just a few steps away and easy access to the tram and metro.

There's no parking for delivery bikes, and the management is bad.

I'm a rider, and the building has no parking. They tell me to park outside, then I get fined. Management is very poor.
