The apartments at Tiara Residence feel bright and spacious, with thoughtful layouts. Many have lovely views of the sea, the Burj Al Arab, or the Marina skyline lit up at night. Waking to the sunrise over the water and watching sunset from the balcony sounds like postcard living. On Palm Jumeirah, this complex has a calm, balanced kind of luxury. It feels classy without being showy or overdone, a hidden gem.

The private beach is clean, with loungers and umbrellas, and there’s a playground right on the sand. The grounds are green and sparkling clean, with a mall within walking distance and a small convenience store on the residence grounds. There’s a huge private infinity pool with a jacuzzi, open until 10pm and safe for little kids. This is one of the best residences on the Palm, good for short or long stays and very family and kid friendly.

It’s close to the entrance of Palm Jumeirah, so getting here is easier than reaching some of the other residential places around. This premium Al Wasl Properties community feels like its own little world, with complete amenities including kayak parking, a small community center with a bar and supermarket, and a yacht club.
