Time Place Tower

There’s plenty of street side rta parking, which surprised me. The building is near the marina but tucked away on a quieter lane, without all the bustle. I liked the clean, well designed apartment layout, and the lobby is a lovely spot to pause and read a book. I could sit there all day.

We’ve lived here since 2010. The marina views are amazing and uninterrupted, and it’s a family friendly place with easy going residents. The building is well maintained, has good amenities and security, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. A great place to live in Dubai Marina.

We’ve been renting this beautiful apartment for three years, and the Marina view with yachts passing by is magnificent. Getting to the beach, Metro, and tram is easy on foot. Time Place Tower is clean, with some of the best upkeep and maintenance I’ve seen in Dubai. Management is regularly doing renovations to improve things, communicates well, and keeps tenants informed about what’s happening and when. The staff are both friendly and professional. I highly recommend these apartments.

Getting into this building on foot is a struggle because the street entrance is so awkward. Once inside, you have to tap your access card three times to reach your apartment, and with no intercom, you need to go downstairs to meet guests. Management recently stopped security from opening doors or barriers, even for residents they know. You can only get through with your own card. The five security staff now seem to spend their time letting in Talabat and Careem couriers, without helping residents enter the building. Basement parking is another headache. It’s laid out so badly that a car bigger than average can’t get in without difficulty. At least you get a Fort Boyard experience every day, but it’s not for beginners.
