The room decor was lovely, we had a nice view, and the pool was amazing. The hotel was clean in every corner, peaceful and calm, with plenty of lively seating areas, and seemed suitable for all kinds of people. The two women at reception were so helpful when I had a problem with my check-in dates and IDs. I can't remember their names. One lady, whom I'm sorry to describe by her skin color, made some calls and sorted it out in minutes. The other did her best to accommodate us, too, and they both had big smiles and cheerful faces. Please pass on my compliments to them. We had an excellent experience all the way through. Thanks to everyone for the amazing staff and cleanliness.

Aliia at reception is an absolute star, always smiling and happy to help with anything. There are five different restaurants with something for all tastes, and the hotel is in a great location. Very much recommended.

Studio One Hotel offers good value for money, and even with one uncomfortable moment, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. I would consider coming back and hope for a more welcoming experience. That moment happened over breakfast at Larte, the hotel's restaurant. As Indian guests, we felt there was clear partiality from one male Filipino restaurant manager, and noticed staff being told not to focus on our table. It was upsetting and emotionally disappointing, since hospitality should make every guest feel welcome, respected and treated equally. Apart from that, the food quality was good, and the kitchen chefs deserve credit. Most of the restaurant staff were kind, polite and supportive, making our breakfasts pleasant. The hotel is modern, stylish and well maintained, with clean, comfortable, thoughtfully designed rooms and excellent housekeeping. Staff were friendly, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the location is convenient, especially for Dubai Studio City.

Madusha and Annah at reception were friendly and accommodating, and housekeeping was very prompt. We love staying here. It's quiet and very clean, with great customer service and lively restaurants. It's good for families, too. Keep it up, guys. We'll definitely come back and recommend it to our friends.
