The loft’s location and spacious layout are fantastic, so it has real potential. Check-in with Key View on AirBnB was smooth, and they accommodated us late at night. But that didn’t make up for the state of the place. We booked through AirBnB at a big discount, and soon understood why. It was run down and badly needed repairs, repainting, and a deep clean. The chairs were ripped and worn, the sofa stained, one side of the curtain was broken, and half the light switches didn’t turn on any lights. The sink was clogged, hot water worked only about one time in three, and the table wobbled. Worst of all, the balcony door was broken and blew open in the night. We couldn’t close it, so we slept with the terrace door open. I’m glad we only stayed three nights. I’d expected a clean, decent, well-kept luxury space and would have been extremely unhappy staying longer.

The building management collects an AC deposit from tenants, then ignores requests to return it when they move out. This seems unfair and should be investigated by DIFC and the Land Department. The way management handles this feels highly unprofessional and deceptive.

An awful, old building with lots of cockroaches, and construction everywhere. Wouldn’t recommend it.

The terrace and pool are lovely, and the view from the top floor is amazing. A really great building.

A peaceful place to relax and stay. The rooftop pool has an amazing view of Burj Khalifa, and both the staff and security are great.
