Voco Dubai Hotel

Reception was smooth and friendly this time, especially thanks to Sandy, who was so helpful and welcoming. There wasn't a crowd at check-in, so I wonder if that was why the reception felt more engaging than on my previous visit. The valet team was cordial and professional as ever, even in the summer heat. I was with my brother and his family, and had booked two rooms, including a Panoramic Skyline View room. The first rooms offered were on a low floor, where the neighboring building blocked much of the view. Since it was their first time in Dubai, I asked for a higher floor. Reception Manager Ramesh called me himself, then managed by 6 PM to arrange two rooms on the 33rd floor. One had the panoramic skyline view we were hoping for, which meant a lot to me. For a small fee, the hotel also let us keep one room until 7 PM on departure day. It gave my brother's family a comfortable place to relax before their evening flight. Compared with my last stay, this was a much better experience, and the attentive staff and thoughtful response made the difference. I'd gladly stay again.

I recommend it to people visiting Dubai and keep telling friends, family, and colleagues about my stays. The service standard makes every visit a pleasure.
