Vogue | Binghatti Galaxy JVC near Circle Mall

There’s plenty of room to relax, with a separate pool and leisure area for each tower. The gym is spacious and fully equipped, too. The place is well cared for, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the structure feels solid and high quality. A great place to be.

It’s a quiet, uncrowded comfort-class building, just four floors, so you don’t waste time waiting for elevators. There’s dedicated parking, a gym, and a rooftop pool. JVC’s park, Circle Mall, bus stops, shops, and restaurants are all nearby. For investors, a future metro station is expected within a five-minute walk. An excellent place to stay.

The amenities are really nice, and big thanks to the security staff, especially Mr.Saif. He’s friendly, helpful, and professional. It’s a very nice low-rise building, one of the few Binghatti buildings with chiller in DEWA. There’s a busy road and construction nearby, but it isn’t all that noisy.

The day-shift security staff member deserves a sincere thank you. He handled the coordination I needed and gave me invaluable guidance. Without his support, relocating and settling in would have been much harder. I’m glad I bought in this project. The management and facilities are amazing, and the finishing quality is amazing too.
