Shortly after 9 AM, I went to 17 Icon Bay Hotel to collect a customer's car from parking 234. The key was inside the car, and my customer had sent photos. I showed the security team the mulkiya, parking number, customer's name, room number, phone number, my Emirates ID, and my own phone number, but the security supervisor still refused to let me take the vehicle and wasted a lot of my time. Jonathan, another security staff member, was polite and professional. The supervisor was the opposite, rude, uncooperative, and unreasonable. In all my years of work and visits to hotels such as Sofitel, Hilton, Sheraton, and many others, I have never experienced behavior this unprofessional or disrespectful. The hotel authorities should seriously review the incident and consider removing the supervisor from his position. His attitude and judgment should not represent a hotel. This left a very negative impression of the hotel's management.
