There are some maintenance issues, but not too many. It’s a nice building with great amenities, including a prayer room, gym, pool, garden area, steam room, and sauna.

Studios have stunning views, and the tower offers a good range of amenities. It’s in the middle of JVC, close to gardens, restaurants, markets, and a mall.

Update (24.9 .2022): The services are now complete, and the tower is amazing, especially the swimming pool and gym. Update (12 ,august ,2022): Construction is finished and the tower looks great. The views over the heart of JVC and Jumeirah 5 hotel are super awesome. I hope tiger company speeds up completing all the services attached to the tower. When I visited during construction, it already looked amazing. The location and view add real value, and I liked the design, the honest way customers are treated, and the commitment to finishing projects.

Any problem I’ve had has been dealt with quickly and professionally by the maintenance team. They’re always on time and helpful with plumbing, AC, and general repairs. Their work keeps the building running smoothly, and I’m especially grateful to them. Regina Tower has been a great place to stay.

I like this building a lot, and a few fixes would make living here even better. The gym machines need servicing and some additions would be welcome. The garbage areas could use deep pest control, and the palm trees need cleaning. In general, it’s a very nice building.
