WelHome - Luxurious 2BR Apt. at Noora Tower in Business Bay

We were meant to stay four nights in apartment No 910. The dealer from ~Truebleu Vacation Homes had initially said he’d be waiting to welcome us. I later told him I’d be a little late for certain reasons, and he said that was fine. But when we arrived, nobody was there, and the security man at reception didn’t know a guest was coming for the flat. The dealer refused to speak by phone, saying his working hours were over, and insisted I message him instead. When the security man tried calling him, he hung up while we were talking. I went upstairs myself and found garbage outside the door. The bed sheets and pillows smelled bad and weren’t clean, and the bedroom AC was blowing hot air. There was no luggage trolley, though the dealer had said there would be one. When I tried to cancel, he wouldn’t even discuss it with me by phone. This was my first and last time booking from this company or taking this particular apartment.
