The full amount was refunded, but that didn’t make up for the disruption. I’d booked a villa through Elan Suites for 55 people, and they canceled just a day before the gathering, leaving me to call the whole thing off and deal with major logistical problems. The booking itself was difficult too. Communication seemed suspicious and unfriendly, then the hosts stopped responding and wouldn’t take my call. A very disappointing experience, among the worst service I’ve had.

I only wanted to book a room for my birthday, but the staff were incredibly rude and ignorant. When I called out their behavior, they threatened legal action and cybercrime allegations. They even admitted their customer service was the worst and seemed proud of it. Wow.

We stayed for an extended period after booking through our company, but couldn’t get an invoice or anything else we needed. The person we’d been dealing with blocked us when we asked for help and didn’t seem to care. The whole transaction was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend them.

The villa in jumaira park was amazing and comfortable for our group of friends. We had a very good stay and the service was good too.
