Hadi made a particularly strong impression during my stay. He was calm, professional, easy to approach, and consistently attentive to what guests needed. His careful attention and responsible way of handling things helped everything feel smooth and well organized. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well run, with a relaxed atmosphere. The service and hospitality went beyond what I expected, and the overall experience was genuinely enjoyable. I would gladly return and recommend the hotel.

A birthday surprise for my mother made our stay at Al Dhafra Desert Resort especially memorable. I mentioned the occasion at check-in, and after dinner we found a birthday cake waiting for her. It was such a thoughtful detail. The staff were kind, cheerful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and they even greeted us with a complimentary fruit platter. The food was delicious, generous, and varied. We had a wonderful visit, definitely recommend this place, and plan to come back.

The quiet setting is one of the best things about Al Dhafra Resort. Since it is quite isolated near the camel race track close to Madinat Zayed, there is very little city traffic or noise, and the desert surroundings are peaceful and scenic. The complimentary camel ride was also a lovely experience. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the restaurant served good food. The staff were courteous and attentive, and they even prepared Upma for breakfast. It was served without side dishes, though. I did have one problem with the setting. An excavator was working in the backyard at around 5:00 AM and woke me up. Aside from that early morning disturbance, the stay was pleasant and relaxing. Better control of early morning noise would improve this beautiful desert getaway.

Breakfast and dinner were made especially enjoyable by Guma, who took great care of us. Johan was also a huge help with our baby and with room cleaning, always checking that we were comfortable. Their kindness and attention made a real difference to my family. Everyone at Al Dhafra Resort was supportive, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. We had a great time and felt that the staff went out of their way to help us, making the stay memorable. We truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend the resort. I am so excited for next trips. Please call me back ASAP.
