For the area, the hotel was acceptable, and the rooms and service were both decent. The reception staff were friendly, although their answers often sounded like they came straight from a standard hotel script. The gym was the bigger issue. The equipment was packed together as if someone had tried to play Tetris and failed, so unless you only wanted cardio, it was difficult to use the space for much else. There was also an odd rule against taking parcels to the room. Outside food was allowed, so apparently the issue was the parcel container rather than taking food upstairs. It felt like a strange and cheap thing to worry about, but their hotel, their rules.

Mr.Irshadh was consistently attentive throughout our visit. He checked on us regularly to make sure everything was perfect, and his friendly, professional manner helped us feel comfortable and well looked after. The service overall was very good, but his kindness and personal attention stood out in particular.

The location was very convenient, and the hotel staff were friendly. My room was well maintained, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay enjoyable. Mr. Irshad deserves special appreciation for being kind, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. I would definitely come back.

The buffet was easily worth the price. I have tried many iftar buffets that cost more, but this one was the best. I haven't tasted such type of buffet before. Highly recommended.

Al Dhafra-Madina Zayed is a very nice place to stay, with neat and clean rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. I especially appreciated the excellent hospitality from Mr.Vijesh of Restaurant, as well as the teams working at Reception & Room service. All Staffs were very professional, and I enjoyed my stay.
