The villa was in terrible condition, with ants and cockroaches inside and an outdoor area too dirty to use. Communication was also a major problem, as nobody answered calls or messages and the phone appeared to be switched off until someone was tracked down. After the Agoda booking had already been confirmed and paid, they demanded a 2,000 AED deposit that had not been mentioned. They then tried to take money from it for “wall damages” caused by their own team. Unprofessional, dishonest, and unhygienic. Book somewhere else.

Villa 140 was a wonderful place, and Mr. Sami treated us politely and properly. The accommodation was more than wonderful, and I’d repeat the experience with the same respectable person.

This place is a scam. The villa booking was 1050, but the property also asks for a refundable 2000 deposit. When you leave, they don’t pay it back and keep the money, claiming extra charges for things that aren’t true. Very disappointing. Go there at your own risk.

The inside of the property was nice, and the beach was lovely, but villa 148 did not feel private. A camera pointed directly into the “private backyard,” so we felt watched the whole time and, as girls, didn’t feel safe. The compound was quite empty as well. One of us had urgent meetings, but the internet was really bad.
