The staff are not professional in the way they deal with customers. Customer service is poor, especially because the African employee with curly hair has bad manners and treats customers badly.

I had a very bad experience here. The rooms were not cleaned properly, and the way customers are treated is poor. I don't recommend this hotel.

When my wife and I visited reception yesterday around 16:00, nobody was at the desk. One bangali look guy was almost lying on the sofa, which felt very unprofessional for someone working at reception. I asked whether there was a studio apt, and he first said no, then said they had one but the package was coming tomorrow. His manner made it seem like he wanted to know why I was there, and I left feeling that perhaps entering this place had been a mistake. An unprofessional receptionist can damage your business.

This was a very bad experience, especially for families. I would give it a negative star if that were possible. It is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

The low price and large size don't make up for how dirty this place is. There were so many pests that sleeping well was difficult, and all the furniture was very old. I will never go back.
