The room smelled bad and was neither clean nor properly maintained. I also found the manager and reception team rude, arrogant, and unprofessional when dealing with guests, which made the poor service even more disappointing. The room boy was the one positive part of the stay. He was polite and behaved well. Apart from him, the cleanliness and service were far below what I expected. I wouldn't recommend the hotel unless its customer service and room hygiene improve significantly.

At 160 AED, this room was far too expensive for what it offered. It was extremely small, had very old furniture, and the wardrobe was broken. Cockroaches were inside the wardrobe, and the room carried a strong unpleasant smell like insect spray. I won't stay here again. Other hotels offer much better rooms for the same price, but unfortunately this was my bad luck.

The central location of Halla Hotel made getting around easy, and the fresh, tasty breakfast was a great way to begin each day. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and supplied with the necessary amenities. The hotel was peaceful, clean, and attractive, while the staff were consistently polite and ready to help. I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend Halla Hotel and return myself.

My first experience in Sharjah was very bad. The beds and sheets were dirty, and the pillows were uncomfortable. I will complain to Sharjah baladia.

The room was extremely unclean, and the service was trash. Nobody could help us, and I found a couple of cockroaches in the room. The hotel has fake stars and gave me the worst hotel experience. I don't recommend it unless this is your only choice, I mean only choice.
