The elegant, stylish atmosphere made the hotel feel inviting from the start. My room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and seating area, while the luxurious bathroom was well stocked. The breakfast buffet and on-site amenities were excellent. Throughout the stay, the staff were attentive, professional, and friendly, which made me feel valued.

Tucked beside a very busy roundabout, the hotel felt like a surprising little oasis. Sharajah seems to be full of motorways and roundabouts, so this quiet contrast was welcome. It’s a pleasant spot for a family get-together, with outdoor seating and a lovely garden to look out onto.

We left almost immediately because the room was so uncomfortable and dirty that we couldn’t stay for five minutes. The bathroom smelled terrible, and the bed head, walls, floors, and TV were all unclean. There was no comfort in the room at all. When my wife and I complained to the receptionist, she offered no help or cooperation. We will never return, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I know.

For a one-night family stay, I found the 250 AED price for the single rooms unjustified. The place is rustic, with repeated maintenance leaving holes and patches, and the basic setup didn’t meet what I’d expect even from a two-star hotel. At Al Ibrahimi restaurant, 1.5L of water cost 4 AED, while breakfast with 2 boiled eggs, one omelette, one chicken sandwich, two teas and a 500 ml water came to 44 AED. There is a small kid-friendly pool open from 8 AM to 10 PM, plus a basic Gym and base Sauna. I didn’t find the stay worth the price and wouldn’t return or recommend it.
