The water pressure in my room was the only issue, and it got resolved. The service was very good for the price, with a high level of customer care. Mr Sahil at receiption remembered me as a returning guest and made check-in smooth and streamlined. I was also having trouble with my Iphone, and he helped me sort out the tech issues effortlessly. I spent a full month at Ramada Wyndham barsha heights. My room was clean, spacious, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed. Requests were handled within seconds. When I was unwell, they even let me have breakfast in my room, which meant a lot. Kumar and Mohamed Nour Allam from housekeeping were quick, polite, and kept things clean. At the restaurant, Mr. Mohy was classy and respectful, and Thin Susu was kind and welcoming. I already miss everyone and will definitely return.
