Frangipani Resort

Shane made our meal at Fangipani Restaurant especially memorable. He was professional, attentive, friendly, and clearly an outstanding supervisor who lifted the whole team. The food was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and made with fresh ingredients. From the warm atmosphere when I arrived to the thoughtful preparation of every dish, the experience was unforgettable. If you’re in Anguilla, Fangipani Restaurant is well worth visiting, and I can’t wait to return.

Our newest suite had an exceptional layout and decor, and the beach service was top notch. The property itself is gorgeous, sitting right on Meads Bay, but the resort team made the visit even more memorable. John, the property mgr, Chesney, and everyone else made us feel completely welcome. We also looked forward to being greeted each morning by Sunny, John’s beautiful rescue pup. The location in the center of Mead's Bay is just about perfect, and the area is quiet rather than crowded. Steve (the owner), John, and the staff treat you more like friends staying with them than hotel guests. They helped arrange a car, reservations, and recommendations for places to eat. Straw hat is close, as are Malliouhana, 4 Seasons, Jacala, Blanchards, and Mangoes, all with amazing food and drinks. We loved it and plan to come back every year.

Frangipani has a relaxed kind of beach elegance, with wonderful rooms, terrific staff, a phenomenal beach, and delicious food. After breakfast at the Straw Hat, we spent the days on the beach and walked to the nearby beachfront restaurants in the evenings. We also took the Frangicat II excursion, where the captain brought us to several coves and beaches for swimming before lunch at Falcon Nest. It was awesome. Anyone looking for a flashy, super fancy scene may not find that here, but for a simple and beautiful beach stay, it was perfect.
