Such a lovely hostel, with a great atmosphere and view. Breakfast was super scrummy, especially the fresh burek. The NEW manager, Micah, was funny, welcoming, and a great fellow.

The family dinner was a lovely way to meet other guests, with delicious, affordable food prepared by the volunteers. They were incredibly sweet and made for some great conversations. I also joined the canyon tour, which was so much fun, and would have tried the wine tour too with more time. The hostel has an authentic vibe, a great atmosphere, wonderful people, and very good breakfast. I can’t wait to return.

The area was beautiful, the view breathtaking, and the beds both private and super comfortable. The lovely staff made the stay even better. Special thanks to Salome, Ebony, Amelie, Nick, Alex, Leo, D, Courtney, Franz and the owner Miri, who is the funniest, best guy ever. With so many daily activities I was never bored, though there was still time to relax.

Micah and the team create a rare balance between an intimate, welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and nicely presented, with brilliantly designed beds. The common areas are spacious, lively when appropriate, and quiet when needed. Berat itself is a fantastic destination.

We really enjoyed this hostel. The rooms had everything we needed, breakfast was delicious, and the outdoor space was lovely and cozy. The staff were warm and welcoming, and we'd happily stay here again.
