Soleo Hotel

The room was in awful condition: dirty sheets, stains on the walls and floors, dampness, and a musty smell. The bathroom was unacceptable, with broken fixtures and clear signs of neglect. Cleanliness and basic amenities were missing. When we raised the problems, there was no effort to fix anything. We got irony and rudeness instead of help or an apology, and felt unwelcome and offended. The owner was indifferent and argumentative, while staff seemed visibly annoyed whenever we asked for even a small thing. Their behavior was unprofessional and sometimes aggressive. The lack of professionalism and respect was obvious from the start, making this the worst hotel experience I've ever had. If you respect yourself and your money, stay away. There are dozens of other places with decent service and cleanliness. This “hotel” shouldn't be in business.

My experience here was extremely disappointing. The two elderly people running the place behaved arrogantly and offensively. They treated us poorly instead of showing respect or hospitality, leaving a very negative impression. This is nowhere near the service I'd expect from a hotel.

The owner was rude and disrespectful, which was the worst part of the stay. There was loud noise and we couldn't rest. The place was dirty, the internet was slow and unreliable, and the parking didn't feel safe. I felt like I'd been stolen from. Even in the worst case, I'd avoid this place. I wouldn't recommend it, and wish I could rate it lower. Don't ruin your rest, day or night, by going there.

This isn't a safe place for people with cars. I parked in the hotel's lot in the evening, and an employee scratched my car while forcefully moving a trash bin. The hotel didn't take responsibility.
