Rina, who looks after breakfast, deserves a special mention. She’s so friendly, kind, and professional, and her warm, positive attitude can brighten your day whatever mood you’re in. She’s a real asset to the hotel. Everything was clean and well organized, and we had a very pleasant stay. We’d happily come back and would definitely recommend it.

The location made it easy to get around, while still being peaceful enough to unwind after a busy day. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and were always glad to help with requests or recommendations. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped. The Lot Boutique Hotel has a stylish, cozy feel and thoughtful details throughout. I had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend it for comfort, style, and personal service.

The staff are what made the hotel so good for me. Everyone, from reception and the kitchen to housekeeping, was friendly and did their job well. The location is excellent too. I was extremely satisfied with my stay, and want to give Ms. Rexhina a special thank you.

I had only good impressions of this hotel. It’s right in the center of Tirana, yet the setting is quiet, and there’s guarded parking available around the clock. My room had a minibar, kettle, and coffee machine, and service was provided daily. The breakfast was excellent. I’ll definitely recommend it.

The breakfast was delicious, and I’d recommend the bruschetti. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, and the staff were very friendly. It’s in the city center, about a five-minute walk from the Skenderbeg statue, but the place is still quiet and peaceful.
