The guesthouse is uphill and has a great view, with charming decoration throughout. Our room had everything needed, and breakfast could be arranged if wanted. When someone took the private parking space, the family sorted out another garage, showed us where it was, and even paid for it. We only stayed one night, but they still went out of their way to help. And there are lots of cats here too.

The room was quiet, with effective air-conditioning and a good TV, and the classic decor suited the medieval Old Town setting. The city views are beautiful. Be aware that reaching the place means walking up stairs.

The peaceful setting and wonderful location were already a pleasure, but the family’s kindness mattered even more. After I got food poisoning somewhere else in Tirana, they took very good care of me. It’s an amazing place, and you’d be lucky to stay with such a sweet family.
