The service was wonderful, the reception was very friendly, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. I would give this a 5 if I could. The main issue was the bathroom. Water gets everywhere, making the floor slippery and potentially unsafe, and there are no hooks for hanging towels.

The rooftop bar on the 7th floor, with its 360° views, is stunning. It's a perfect place to watch the sunset or look over Berat and the surrounding mountains. The hotel itself is right in the center, which makes exploring very convenient. Breakfast used fresh local ingredients and was a real treat. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had one of the best views I've seen. This place combines comfort, scenery, and location extremely well.

This is a nice newer hotel, but the rooms aren't soundproof, and loud music continues until around midnight. The mattress was comfortable, though the pillows were too large and uncomfortable. There are no kettles in the rooms, and the toilet is located inside the shower area. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

This up-to-date hotel is in the centre of Berat, with the boulevard and old town just around the corner and easy to reach on foot. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room, although small, was very clean and nicely decorated. The one drawback for us was that there was no outdoor space where we could relax after a day of sightseeing.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful new hotel. The woman at reception was especially kind and helpful, even arranging for someone to bring us ice when we asked for cold coffees. The hospitality was top notch.
