Darla was very kind, and the breakfast was generous and different on each of the two mornings we had it. The rooms were spotless with a pleasant view, although soundproofing was limited. They speak Italian and only a little English, but that caused no trouble during our stay. The guest house sits neatly in one of the old town’s small alleys, so parking is possible a short distance away. I do recommend it.

The guesthouse is in a great spot in the old town, with easy access to the rest of Berat. Our host was a real gem, making exceptional breakfasts every day. She didn’t speak English, but she tried incredibly hard to take care of us. Such a caring, lovely woman.

Tucked among the cozy streets of Berat’s Old town, this is a super cute boutique hotel. Darla is a lovely host, and she even provided us with free water in the evening. Breakfast is traditional and served on the roof, where you can look out over the town and valley.

The villa’s authentic beauty and local character made our trip feel especially memorable. Every corner shows care and attention to detail, and the whole place has a genuine charm. It went beyond what we expected and made the stay unforgettable. Absolutely recommend it.

Darla is an incredibly kind host, and the room was pleasant and basic. We stayed right in the middle of the historic town, which made it a wonderful short visit. There were a couple of small drawbacks. The toilet was so high that even a man 1.8m tall could barely reach the floor, and the lack of curtains meant the sun woke us early. Even so, we had an amazing stay. Thank you, Darla!
